Shipwrights Arms – Long Course Triathlon Race 2 – Seven Mile Beach:

Welcome to the Shipwrights Arms Hotel The Long Course Race of the Triathlon South at Seven Mile Beach. This event has a Long Course race and is a perfect way to test your endurance skills this summer. Its also Tas Triathlon State Series Race 4 and State Long Course Distance Triathlon Championship Race. We also have points up for grabs for Triathlon South Club ‘Triathlete of the Year’ points race.

We have Six races being offered: Triathlon Long Course, Sprint and Short Course distances. The Long Course distance event is the main race of the day and the race that is used for club points calculation. Youth race in the Short Course and Juniors in the Sprint for points in the Club Points. There is also the option of a Sprint Duathlon or a Sprint AquaBike.

We are also very lucky to have award winning Pete McKenna’s Try a Tri TRYstars series for the younger athletes 7 to 12 years olds who love to Swim, Bike and Run. Race racing starts for TRYstars at 8.30am with registration open at 8.00am.
